Description of powers: She can turn into Prithivi, which is the tan whip monster in the picture above. As Prithivi she has a whole shit load of magic and some physical powers. Her primary magic branches are Earth, Fire, and Healing. She can also use a sniper rifle and a machine gun.
Strength/Extent of powers: Her magic is KICK ASS, her physical attacks are relatively weak.
Innate: Transforming and gun use are innate.
Memory related: Casting magic will require memories.
Effect of the powercap: Her magic will be less badass.
